Radiant and baseboard heat

We have both the gas fitting and plumbing tickets to repair, maintain and install all major makes of boiler. A well kept mid-efficiency boiler lasts 20 to 30 years; a high-efficiency one, 15 to 25.
When yours is due for replacement, we go through your options and any rebates that bring the cost down, then recommend a system that suits your home, your comfort and your budget.

Keep your warranty
Book the yearly service, keep the cover.
When a boiler or water heater fails, the manufacturer asks for service records. Without them, they can decline or prorate the warranty.
A yearly checkup also keeps the system running efficiently, and catching a small problem early costs less than fixing a big one. Ask us about our maintenance membership plans.
Before you call
What homeowners ask our plumbers.
Still not sure what's wrong?
Tell us what it's doing and we'll book the right person.
How long should my boiler last?
With proper maintenance, a mid-efficiency boiler lasts 20 to 30 years and a high-efficiency boiler 15 to 25 years.
Do I really need my boiler or water heater serviced every year?
Most warranties require it. Without service records, a manufacturer can decline or prorate a claim for parts or a replacement.
Will you have to dig up my yard to replace the water main?
Often not. Trenchless water main pulling needs only a small hole at each end of the pipe run.
Is a heat pump water heater worth it?
It is two to three times more efficient than a standard electric water heater. We can look at your space and usage and tell you if it suits your home.
What happens if you find asbestos during a job?
Our team is certified and licensed in asbestos abatement. We contain the area and remove and dispose of the material safely.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in South Delta, about 20 minutes from South Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey, and closer still to Ladner, Tsawwassen and North Delta.
Call the plumbers down the road.
One call covers your plumbing, heating, gas and electrical. We answer 24 hours a day.
Hot water, the way your house uses it.
Tank and tankless
We service, repair and install most makes of gas and electric tank heaters, and tankless units that heat water on demand for a steady supply. If yours needs replacing, we help you weigh what your household uses against your budget.
Heat pump water heaters
A heat pump water heater moves heat instead of making it. It draws warmth from the air around it, compresses it and passes it to the tank, which makes it two to three times more efficient than a standard electric heater. We can tell you whether one fits your home.
Broken water main, small holes in the yard.
From breaking ground to cleanup, we have the crew and the equipment for underground repairs and installs. With trenchless water main pulling, we dig a small hole at each end of the run and pull the new pipe through, so your garden and other utilities stay put.
Underground work we do
Water main replacements and repairs. Sewer line replacements and repairs. Underground line location. Storm water systems for heavy rain. Catch basins, trench drains and sumps. Video camera pipe inspections.
Asbestos on older jobs
Asbestos was used in B.C. buildings until the early 1990s, and we sometimes find it when we open walls, ceilings or floors. Our team is trained, certified and licensed in asbestos abatement: we contain the area, remove the material and dispose of it with minimal exposure.
