Yes. Our video inspection can record the inside of your pipes, and we can give you the footage to present.
What happens if you find asbestos during a job?
Our team is certified and licensed in asbestos abatement. We contain the area, then remove and dispose of the material with minimal exposure.
Do you work on Aquatherm piping?
Yes. Our technicians are certified to repair, modify and install Aquatherm PP-R and PP-RCT systems.
Can you keep track of when our equipment needs servicing?
Yes. We keep records of your building's systems, remind you when servicing is due and run annual boiler maintenance programs.

Plumbing
We repair, service and install mid- and high-efficiency boilers and furnaces, hot water heaters, taps, sinks, garburators, dishwashers, bathtubs, toilets, hose bibs, pressure reducing valves, backflow preventers and sump pumps. We also do backflow testing, leak detection, water pressure diagnosis and drain repair.
Aquatherm piping
Our technicians are certified to work on Aquatherm PP-R and PP-RCT heat-fused piping, used in commercial and strata buildings for water, heating and cooling. Repairs, modifications and new installs.
Underground pipes
Water main and sewer line repairs and replacements, underground line location, storm water systems, catch basins, trench drains and sumps, trenchless water main pulling and video camera inspections. From breaking ground to cleanup.
Drain cleaning
Sinks, toilets, bathtubs, laundry tubs, main lines, sewer lines and storm drains. We are one of the few plumbing companies in the Delta area with a Vac Truck, which clears sewer and water lines, catch basins and sumps without damaging tree roots. Heating and cooling
Our journeymen work on all major makes: boilers, gas furnaces, electric heat pumps, air conditioning, hot water heaters, unit heaters, radiant tube heaters and exhaust fans. Zone valve replacement and annual boiler maintenance programs too.
Gas fitting
Natural gas lines and two-pound upgrades, quick connection boxes for patio barbecues, heaters and fire pits, earthquake valves, regulator replacement and leak detection with combustible gas detection equipment. All to code.
